Jeff Shouse began his 28-year career in pharmaceuticals in 1998 with Abbott Laboratories. Most recently, Jeff comes from BeOne Medicines and their market access team where he has supported both hematology and solid tumor franchises in the IHN/IDN, Dedicated Cancer Center, and community oncology GPO space. Prior to BeOne, Jeff spent 20 years at Astellas Pharma US, Inc. Over the years, Jeff has held multiple roles within both commercial and market access divisions. He has spent time in primary care, specialty, and hospital/institutional sales franchises where he was a multiple time performance award winner. Jeff later worked in sales training/commercial learning & development managing multiple sales force expansions and multiple product launches. Jeff then spent 8 years in field sales management. Since 2016, Jeff has worked solely within the market access space as a Health Systems/Key Account Director, a Regional Payer/Managed Markets Director, and most recently as a Corporate Accounts Director in the oncology GPO and specialty pharmacy/distribution space. Additionally, Jeff has been a part of numerous national corporate initiatives such as The John Kotter Organizational Change Management Strategy, the Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare Program, Sales Representative Advanced Leadership Training, and multiple other national advisory boards and working groups.
Jeff and his wife Mary reside in Tega Cay, SC which is just south of Charlotte, NC. They have two sons; Miller (22) and Tyson (18). Miller is a recent graduate of Erskine College where he was a member of their NCAA Division II football team. Tyson is a recent high school graduate and will be attending Coastal Carolina University in the fall in the Professional Golf Management program. The Shouse family also loves spending time in the North Carolina mountains and supporting Appalachian State University athletics.
