Kathy Burke is a senior biopharma executive with deep expertise across the full spectrum of market access and commercial leadership, including trade and distribution, channel strategy, pricing and contracting, HEOR, commercial operations, sales leadership, and marketing. She currently serves as Vice President of Market Access at Osteal Therapeutics, where she holds enterprise-wide responsibility for building and leading the company's commercial infrastructure ahead of its first product launch.Kathy has led market access functions across multiple pre-commercial and launch-stage companies, including Spero Therapeutics and Flexion Therapeutics, and has been responsible for launching eight pharmaceutical products and multiple medical devices across orthopedics, cardiology, dermatology, immunology, nephrology, and infectious disease. Her experience spans both medical benefit and pharmacy benefit products—including buy-and-bill injectables, specialty pharmacy, and drug-device combination products—giving her a broad perspective on the access and reimbursement challenges facing diverse product types. She brings particular depth in government pricing, payer strategy, pricing governance, inpatient therapies and pre-approval access planning.
