Saumil Pandya is Executive Director, U.S. Public Policy; Pricing and Reimbursement at BridgeBio, where he helps shape policies that support biopharmaceutical innovation and patient access. He brings more than 20 years of experience connecting healthcare policy, payer economics, and market access strategy across the biopharmaceutical industry, U.S. payers, consulting, and advocacy.

His expertise spans Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer policy, drug pricing, and reimbursement, with a focus on translating complex policy developments into business strategy and actionable access solutions. Previously, he held leadership roles at NaviSync, IQVIA, and PhRMA, and worked in pricing and contracting strategy at AstraZeneca. At PhRMA, he developed the “delinking” policy proposal to reform PBM compensation and helped advance it through policy and advocacy efforts.

Saumil holds a Master of Health Science in Health Policy and Management, with a concentration in Health Finance and Management, from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Towson University.
