Shawn Davis serves as Vice President of Market Access at Arcutis Biotherapeutics. With over two decades of healthcare leadership, Shawn brings extensive cross-functional expertise spanning biopharmaceutical commercialization, market access strategy, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and executive consulting.

Prior to joining Arcutis in July 2024, Shawn led Market Access Strategy for five oncology assets at Bayer, advised Top 20+ biopharmaceutical manufacturers on launch and in-line strategies, and directed formulary development and rebate negotiations at Express Scripts.

Shawn earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University and his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He resides in Coral Gables, Florida, with his wife, Caty, and their twin children.
