He leads Noerr's class and mass action defense practice group and is co-head of Noerr’s disputes practice. Henner specializes in antitrust damages litigation and is defending clients against follow-on claims in high-profile cases including collective actions. He is also experienced in setting up structured projects for companies claiming damages. His practice covers a wide range of industries with a special focus on automotive, banking, retail, and consumer goods. Henner regularly publishes on collective redress and private enforcement of European law including the DMA and the GDPR.
