Anya Gezunterman is a Director at Imperial Fund responsible for capital formation and capital markets activities. Anya has more than 20-years of experience in capital markets, with a focus on marketing and structuring equity, fund-linked derivatives, and structured products. Previously, Anya worked at several Wall Street financial institutions, including Royal Bank of Scotland and Dresdner Bank, where she was involved in collateralized lending/fund derivatives space, providing financing collateralized by portfolios of both liquid and illiquid assets, public and private debt and equities, real estate, asset backed securities, receivables, and other asset classes. Anya started her career in Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, where she assisted US corporate clients in restructuring and refinancing outstanding debt. Anya has a BA in Economics from Brandeis University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
