Ushma Gandhi is a Head of Term Loans at Saluda Grade. Ms. Gandhi joined Saluda Grade in March 2021 and is focused on acquisition, financing and securitization of 1st and 2nd lien residential loan portfolios. Ms. Gandhi has 10 years of origination, portfolio management and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Saluda Grade, Ms. Gandhi was part of the issuance team at Angel Oak Capital Advisors where she focused on the Non-QM securitizations and helped the firm become one of the most efficient platforms in the Non-QM marketplace. She supported the mortgage credit team at Angel Oak Capital Advisors in aggregating collateral, financing, and contributing to all parts of the firm’s Non-QM securitizations, exceeding $6bn in volume. Ms. Gandhi holds a B.Com from DRB Commerce Collage, Surat, India and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis University of Pune, India.
