These are your TO-DO's before the event. Please read through carefully and take note of deadlines.
Register for the Event (Due Now)
Mandatory, please complete asap
- Please use this link to Register as an Operator (An individual who works for a restaurant or noncommercial foodservice operation.)
- Please use this link to Register as a Sponsor (An individual who works for a company that is a sponsor of the conference. Please register using your company specific invitation code.)
Secure Hotel Reservation (ASAP)
The hotel room block isn't open just yet, and we will send out a communication as soon as it's open. We recommend you make a reservation as soon as possible to take advantage of our group rates as the host hotel fills up quickly!

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee of one night room & tax, reservations should be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
Submit Session Title & Description (Due Friday, February 20th)
Session titles and descriptions will be included on our event website and mobile app’s agenda. Session titles will be used for onsite signage.

- Brief description of your session
- What audience will learn from session
- Actionable takeaways or original data/research
Complete Your Speaker Profile (Due Friday, February 20th)
To create a speaker profile we will need the following items. Please note that what is submitted for the speaker profile will be displayed on our event website and mobile app.
- First and last name
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Headshot: high resolution
- Bio: 75 - 250 words
Submit Session Management Form (Due Friday, February 20th)
Please use this form to indicate AV and room needs for your session such as microphone and barstool count. This is also where you will approve or deny sharing any presentation or applicable materials.
Submit Final Presentation (Due Friday, April 17th)
Final Presentations are due by Friday, April 17th (if applicable).
