Throughout her time at Popeyes, Amy has built a world class culinary team that excels at creating the bold Louisiana-inspired dishes Popeyes guests obsess over, including the industry-shaking launch of Popeyes Chicken Sandwich. Amy revels in taking the big and bold personality of Popeyes and channeling that into new menu items that deliver a superior food quality experience while offerings dishes that are rich in the brands heritage. Her expertise and inspiration come from frequently traveling around the world, and most importantly to New Orleans to taste new flavors, seasonings, and dishes that offer layers of complexity, which she incorporates into Popeyes menu items.
