Ashley Morris is a multi-certified food safety leader with more than 10 years of experience driving regulatory compliance and operational excellence across healthcare foodservice, retail foodservice, and supply chain environments. She currently serves as Manager of Food Safety and National Operations Services for Long John Silver’s, where she leads national food safety and brand standards initiatives across 500+ locations. She holds a Master of Science degree in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas, where her research focused on handwashing efficacy and pathogen reduction in retail environments. Ashley is passionate about advancing food safety culture, strengthening compliance frameworks, and building collaborative partnerships that protect both consumers and brands.
