Chris is known for bringing a practical, operator-first mindset to technology. He believes the best technology is intuitive, reliable, and designed to stay out of the way of great hospitality. His approach is heavily influenced by the philosophy of “Unreasonable Hospitality,” focusing on using technology to enhance—not replace—the human experience for both guests and team members.
At Jack’s, Chris has led large-scale modernization efforts including enterprise POS transformation, network and infrastructure upgrades and support model improvements—positioning the brand for continued growth and innovation in the highly competitive QSR space.
