Under his leadership, the brand has earned national acclaim—ranked the #1 Favorite Food Chain in America by Technomic two years in a row—and is one of the nation’s fastest-growing retail concepts, opening more than 100 new bakeries each year.

Dolf currently serves on the boards of USA Track & Field and the Norman Rockwell Museum, and has previously held board positions with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 24 Hour Fitness, and Portillo’s. His career spans executive roles at some of the most innovative and fast-scaling companies in their sectors. Prior to joining Nothing Bundt Cakes, he served as CEO of Lindblad Expeditions and Topgolf Entertainment Group. He also previously held leadership roles as President and COO of Dave & Buster’s, President of Lucky Strike Entertainment, and COO of House of Blues Entertainment.

Outside the boardroom, Dolf is equally known for his dynamic personal pursuits. A world-class masters track-and-field athlete, he has earned three world championship titles in pole vault along with numerous national titles in the decathlon, heptathlon, and pentathlon—all between the ages of 40 and 60. He is also a singer-songwriter whose upbeat children’s music is available on major digital platforms. Originally from Massachusetts and now based in Dallas, Dolf holds an AB and MBA from Harvard University and an MA in African History from the University of Zimbabwe.
