Emily Nordee-Rogers is Vice President and Head of Restaurant Content at Informa Connect, where she leads the development of impactful programming for industry-leading events such as the Restaurant Leadership Conference, CREATE Conference, FS/TEC, Global Restaurant Leadership Conference, Global Supply Chain Summit, and NEST Summits. With over 20 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry, Emily is credited for her ability as a connector bridging the gaps between foodservice operations with evolving consumer dining trends, delivering actionable insights and innovative strategies that drive success across the sector.

Emily’s expertise spans menu innovation, business development, trend research, culinary marketing, content planning, and experiential event activations. She has spearheaded national recognized programs: Campari USA’s “Year of the Negroni,” Little Caesars Pizza Veteran’s Program, and California Walnuts’ “Re-Think Walnuts,” among others.

Emily is based in Santa Barbara, California, and lives in paradise with her wonderful husband, Mark, and their human-sized dog Rhett! Emily holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutritional Science and Wine Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (go Mustangs!), as well as a Meeting & Event Planning degree from Cal State Dominguez Hills. She is also a published food journalist, blogger, board member of non-profit Apples to Zucchini Cooking School, and operator of her own Speakeasy Supper Club and catering company.
