With a career defined by innovation leadership roles at Nestlé USA, S&D Coffee and Tea, and Newly Weds Foods, Eric has a proven track record of moving concepts from initial ideation to national rollouts across thousands of locations. Most recently, his strategic direction contributed to over $30 million in incremental growth for a national beverage launch.

Known for identifying market shifts before they become industry standards, Eric’s work was instrumental in the early rise of cold brew, premium customization, and beverage-led growth strategies for major global systems. He operates across the entire product lifecycle—from culinary ideation to complex commercialization—with deep category expertise in beverages, sauces, proteins, and desserts.

Eric’s strategic philosophy is direct: Most operators significantly underutilize the beverage category. He views beverage innovation as the most efficient lever for driving foot traffic, expanding margins, and maintaining brand relevance without the operational friction of a total menu overhaul.
