Mr. Paci has been CEO of Newk’s Eatery since April 2021. He is an accomplishedexecutive with over 30 years of experience leading retail and food service brands. Hehas held CEO positions at various restaurant companies including Corner Bakery,Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. and McAlister’s Deli. Prior to that he held seniorleadership positions in finance and franchise development at The Pantry Inc.,Blockbuster, Pizza Hut and Burger King. He received a Bachelor’s Degree inEconomics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s JosephM. Katz Graduate School of Business with a Concentration in Finance.
