Justin is the President, Americas for Deliverect, leading the organization in its mission to help restaurant chains grow their digital sales and improve their profit margins in an increasingly complex multi-channel environment.

Prior to the restaurant industry, Justin held engineering, architecture, and leadership roles at Intel, JPMorgan Chase, Fifth Third Bank, and Humana.

Love for pizza brought him to Papa Johns, leading their Digital team to a significant increase in US sales (~100 million transactions and $2B via digital channels in 2017). In 2018, Justin was appointed as Chief Analytics and Technology Officer, overseeing technology and digital solutions for more than 6,000 restaurants in 50 countries. Justin was accountable for all aspects of technology worldwide, as well as Cybersecurity, Contact Centers, and Analytics.

Justin also served at CKE (Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s brands) as their Chief Technology & Growth Officer, accountable for IT and for accelerating digital sales growth across major markets.
