Katie is currently Head of Innovation, Away From Home. With over 13 years at Kraft Heinz, Katie has held a variety of marketing leadership positions across brands and categories – including Heinz, Philadelphia, Maxwell House, Oscar Mayer and more. Her passion is Innovation, having spent over 6 years in Global Disruptive Innovation, where she launched Nielsen Breakthrough Innovation Winner Just Crack an Egg which delivered over $50MM GSV Y1 and piloted Agile ways of working for total Kraft Heinz and now, has the pleasure of leading all Innovation & Growth initiatives for the high-growth Away From Home business unit. Katie has an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
