Kevin Baartman is the executive vice president, information technology at International Dairy Queen (IDQ) where he leads the IT function, including strategic management of both enterprise information technology and retail technology at DQ® restaurants.

Prior to joining IDQ, he served as vice president, information services, for Lund Food Holdings, Inc., which owns and operates Lunds & Byerlys supermarkets in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Baartman completed the Minnesota Executive Program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He also earned a master’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota.
