Kim DeCarolis is a driven professional with a diverse 14-year background in the restaurant industry. She has gained valuable marketing experience and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving tech side of the business. Kim began her career in PCI Compliance and Network Security, building relationships with franchisees and earning a C-Suite role at NuArx. She then transitioned to Punchh, where she tailored CRM, Mobile App, and Loyalty solutions for restaurant executives at all levels of brand size. During the challenging Covid pandemic, Kim shifted focus to selling white-labeled reservations, ordering systems, and CRM solutions at an enterprise level with Sevenrooms. Kim has also explored the field of Food Safety, training, and operations with PathSpot before moving to the brand side with FAT Brands, Craveworthy, and now, Smalls Sliders. Today, her focus is building relationships, solving operational needs, and achieving sales goals for the rapidly growing Smalls brand.
