Kristen Durham is the Head of Acquisition for Uber Eats in the US and Canada. She leads go-to-market team dedicated to unlocking new opportunities for restaurants through delivery, helping them grow and reach new customers. She is an executive sponsor of the Uber Eats-Toast partnership, focused on making it easier for restaurants to streamline operations and scale their businesses.

Prior to joining Uber, Kristen was Senior Vice President of SMB & Startups at Zendesk, a customer service software company, and also served as Chief of Staff to the Founder/CEO. She has also held roles at Silicon Valley Bank, building its VC and technology banking practices in Latin America, China, and other emerging markets. Kristen is an active startup advisor and angel investor, and mentors companies through the international entrepreneurship nonprofit Endeavor.
