Kyle is a seasoned finance leader and co-owner of Elevated Inc., the largest franchise group for Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs. He oversees the financial strategy and growth of Elevated Inc. Alongside co-owner and CEO David Timmons, Kyle has helped build Elevated’s 25 locations spanning Colorado and Nevada.

Before joining Elevated, Kyle was in commercial banking and brought that financial expertise and discipline with him when he joined the company in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. With a strong focus on operations, finance, and guest experience, Kyle builds scalable systems that improve performance and strengthen customer loyalty. He’s known for combining operational discipline with a modern, tech-forward approach to running high-performing restaurant teams.

Beyond Cheba Hut, Kyle is an active investor in restaurant technology, hospitality, sports and entertainment, and real estate.
