Manuel Valdes serves as Chief Technology Officer at GoTo Foods, where he leads the company's enterprise technology strategy and delivery. He is responsible for driving innovation across the company’s digital platforms, loyalty systems, customer data strategy and technology infrastructure, powering smarter, faster growth for GoTo Foods’ portfolio of seven iconic foodservice brands.

A forward-thinking technology leader, Manuel brings over three decades of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture and customer experience innovation. Since joining GoTo Foods in 2023, he has been integral to the platform company’s efforts to modernize the company’s tech stack, unify data systems and streamline operations through platform thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to GoTo Foods, Manuel held leadership roles at Rosetta Stone, Jabil Circuit, Ameriprise Financial, Central Group in Bangkok, Thailand, where he successfully scaled technology organizations and led major cloud, data and platform transformations. He is passionate about leveraging data and emerging technologies to unlock enterprise value and enhance guest experiences.

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from ITESO University in Mexico and lives in Atlanta since 2023.
