Marc Cohen is the Solutions Architect at Restaurant365. Beginning his career with a large national
restaurant group and helping them grow to 120 units, he went on to join two LA-based celebrity chefs
running operations for their restaurants before moving into their corporate office to oversee their
growing tech stack. This led him into running the restaurant business management team for a top
100 accounting firm. Overseeing and consulting for the firm’s restaurant clients and evaluating new
technology solutions pointed him directly at Restaurant 365. With a deep background in technology
and a 25+ year foundation in restaurant operations and accounting, he has developed a deep
knowledge of software implementations, POS integrations, menu engineering, operational efficiencies,
financial reporting, and business intelligence.
