Paul Fabre is the Senior Vice President of Culinary and Innovation, responsible for overseeing Subway’s culinary innovation strategy, product development, testing and market rollout.
Since joining Subway in December 2020, Paul has been the driving force behind Subway’s culinary transformation journey, introducing new, craveable ingredients and menu items, including the Subway series and Sidekicks.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant and quick-service industries. Prior to joining Subway, Paul spent six years at Papa Johns, most recently serving as SVP of Menu & Product Innovation. He also previously served as Vice President of R&D and Culinary Innovation at Outback Steakhouse and was the Senior Director of Culinary Innovation and R&D at BJ’s Restaurants, Inc.
