Rafik Hanna serves as Senior Vice President, Topgolf Technologies where he is responsible for the company’s global technology organization and information technology strategy and leadership. He oversees the talented technology teams that deliver innovative solutions powering Topgolf venues, Toptracer ranges and enabling Topgolf’s Playmakers to provide exceptional experiences for our Players around the world.

Rafik joined Topgolf in September 2023 as Vice President, Global Technology Platforms following an impressive career spanning technology leadership roles across diverse industries, including hospitality, biotechnology, consumer products and management consulting. Prior to joining Topgolf, Rafik most recently served as Vice President of International Technology at Wingstop Restaurants, where he was responsible for all technology to support Wingstop’s rapidly expanding footprint in emerging markets.

Prior to joining Wingstop, Rafik served as Vice President, Digital Technology at Taco Bell where he was responsible for all customer-facing digital channels and was a key leader in exponentially growing digital sales for the Brand.

Rafik received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
