Richard Del Valle joined Bojangles as Chief Information Officer in January 2023 to help the chain trailblaze into the future with modernized technology, working toward total operational efficiency. An experienced leader and team player, he has overseen the RFP, pilot, development and successful deployment of Food and Labor software systems to tackle operational efficiency, profit improvement and cost controls, delivering exceptional guest service with numerous restaurant companies. Prior to Bojangles, Del Valle served in various operations leadership roles for both franchisor and franchisee businesses, including well-known brands like Wild Wing Café, Outback Steakhouse and Friendly’s Restaurants.
