Sara is a long-time restaurant turnaround executive with a track record of driving growth for legacy brands. She was previously Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Experience Officer for TGI Fridays, and has held CMO roles at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bob Evans Restaurants and Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Her background also includes Burger King, Diageo and Carnival Cruise Lines.
In her roles Sara has led several brand and digital transformations. She is a change agent with a collaborative leadership style and a passion for driving focus on the key activities that will move the business, and for reducing work on the things that don’t make a meaningful difference.
