SG is the CEO & President of Diversified Restaurant Group, owner and operator of more than 350 Taco Bell & Arby’s restaurants.
He is also president of A&C Ventures, a commercial real estate & restaurant investment firm, and founder of First Street Development, a real estate development company serving DRG and ACV. SG oversees the management and operations of DRG’s portfolio with over $800 million in annual revenues, and ACV’s $1 billion portfolio comprised primarily of triple-net retail and multifamily assets.
SG obtained a BSE in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and sits on the Board of Arby’s Franchise Association, the Food Service Insurance Group, the Fast Food Counsel in California and FRANMAC.
