Stephen Farr-Jones is the Chief Strategy Officer at Triadex and President of its Strategic Data Solutions division—formerly known as ADM Marketing. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, retail, licensing, and business development, Stephen helps leading restaurant and multi-unit brands turn customer intelligence into measurable growth.
He previously served as President of ADM Marketing, overseeing its restaurant vertical along with other key retail channels. Earlier in his career, Stephen held senior leadership roles at Activision Blizzard as VP of Marketing & Business Development, and at Coogi Australia as U.S. President, where he restructured U.S. sales and distribution. He also spent time at The Walt Disney Company managing international merchandising, licensing, and filmed entertainment across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Stephen began his career in strategic consulting at LEK, working in Sydney, London, and ultimately founding the firm’s Scandinavian practice in Copenhagen—where he, not entirely coincidentally, was born.
His work blends global perspective with a passion for innovation—helping brands leverage data, timing, and targeting to drive smarter marketing strategies and measurable ROI.
