With more than 20 years at Taco John’s, Steve has brought cross functional leadership experience spanning Operations, Training, and Technology. He began in Operations, where he oversaw the Company Restaurant division, before moving into the Training department. For the past 14 years, he’s led Taco John’s Restaurant Technology department, driving initiatives that have modernized the brand and elevated the guest experience. His work includes launching mobile ordering and delivery, leading the rollout of a cloud based POS platform, and most recently championing the introduction of Voice AI in the drive thru to enhance speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Known for bridging the gap between emerging technology and real restaurant needs, Steve focuses on solutions that are practical, scalable, and operator centric. He’s passionate about helping organizations adopt innovation with confidence, clarity, and a focus on long term growth.
