Todd Saroki, Founder and CEO of Saroki’s Crispy Chicken & Pizza, began his journey in the food industry at just 16 years old, working in his family’s liquor store kitchen. By the age of 20, Todd was managing the kitchen and building a reputation for quality food and exceptional service. When his uncle sought to add a food concept to his gas station, Todd saw an opportunity. In 2012, he opened the first Saroki’s location inside that gas station, setting the foundation for what would become a beloved brand in the Metro Detroit area.
Through hard work and dedication, Todd grew Saroki’s organically, earning the trust of both the community and gas station owners. After opening additional locations in 2017 and 2019, Saroki’s officially began franchising in 2022 and now boasts 20 locations. Todd’s commitment to authenticity, quality, family values, positivity, teamwork, and hard work has been the cornerstone of the brand’s success.
Driven by his vision to make Saroki’s the best 'gas station' food in the world, Todd draws inspiration from his family’s legacy in the convenience store business and his own tireless work ethic. Todd has worked relentlessly to build a thriving business while maintaining a strong family foundation.
When he’s not leading Saroki’s, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through sports, salmon fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. A firm believer in keeping life simple, Todd values faith, family, and the joy of building something meaningful. His favorite restaurant? Saroki’s, of course.
