DiFranco Innovations was made to assist the restaurant industry in finding solutions to common problems. Our first products are 1/3 and 1/6 liners (a bit different than the plastic bags we are used to) that help the back of the house with not having to scrape and scrub so many dishes. This, in turn saves the restaurant money in the form of labor, less soap, less water, and cleaner drains...The best part is that the team is much happier! We have the ability to make any size pan should there be a need in the industry. As a former KFC franchisee, I completely understand that we need to figure out how to make operations easier on the teams.
