About Mark Hatch
Mark Hatch is VP of Trade Relations and Head of Nest Engagement. He resides in Mesa, AZ with his wife and three awesome but crazy kids. He’s active in his community and church, enjoys running marathons, triathlons, vacationing on the beaches of Hawaii, and talking about / visiting as many restaurants as possible while feasting on large portions of food!
Mark has been with Informa (formerly Winsight, LLC) for ten years. Over the last decade he’s been responsible for building strong relationships with top restaurant executives, working with the sales team on sponsorships and activations, as well as assisting marketing with applicable messaging, conference content, and professional development (AKA building best in class events).
After many conversations with top restaurant executives, he quickly realized the greatest value proposition from our many Informa events and platforms came from the peer-to-peer information exchange between operators--having one restaurant CIO connect with another CIO or CMO to CMO, CEO to CEO, and so forth. From these small interactions comes invaluable insights, trusting friendships, and ultimately game changing solutions! Mark then set out to create small communities of C-Suite restaurant operators to give them a safe space where they can take on the industry head winds. It was at this moment that the Nest was “hatched.” Since then, we’ve built eight Nest groups with exciting plans to continue expanding (CMO, CEO, CFO, COO, Global Supply Chain, and CIO, with an HR, Culinary, Domestic Supply Chain, and Founders Nest under construction).
