Mark Hatch is the VP of Trade Relations and Managing Director of The Nest Group. With years of experience in the restaurant industry, Mark is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation among C-suite executives.
After many conversations with top restaurant executives in his decade at Informa, he quickly realized the greatest value from Informa events came from the peer-to-peer information exchange between operators. From these small interactions comes invaluable insights, trusting friendships, and ultimately game changing solutions! Mark then set out to create small communities of C-Suite restaurant operators to give them a safe space where they can take on the industry head winds. Under his leadership, The Nest has grown into a trusted community of over 400 members, with specialized executive groups and impactful events.
