Frank Giuliano is Head of Corporate Development at Caprock, a multi-family office and RIA overseeing approximately $20 billion in client assets, where he leads the firm’s M&A and advisor recruitment efforts. He has more than a decade of transaction and strategy experience across the financial services industry and has completed more than 30 acquisitions in the wealth management sector. Before joining Caprock, Frank served as Vice President of Corporate Development at LPL Financial, where he helped launch and lead the firm’s program for acquiring RIAs and wealth management practices.
