As a Director at MarshBerry, John advises founders, executives, and board members across the independent wealth management industry, leading mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, and transactions that drive long-term enterprise value.

John brings over 20 years of financial services experience spanning M&A, business development, and strategic finance. Previously, he held senior roles at Vanguard, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and Nationwide Financial. Most recently, as Associate Vice President at Nationwide, he led acquisitions and strategic partnerships, overseeing deal origination, execution, structuring, and integration planning.

John began his career as a chemist at Quaker Houghton, establishing the analytical foundation that informs his strategic approach today.

He holds FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 registrations and has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam. John earned an MBA from Widener University, a BS from Temple University, and completed executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions at The Wharton School.
