Liam Hanlon is Vice President of Strategy & Head of Insights at Jump, where he leads the firm’s research, insights and enterprise strategy around advisor AI and conversational intelligence.

At Jump, Hanlon helped build the firm’s capability to turn unstructured advisor-client conversations into structured behavioral data, enabling firms to better understand advisor effectiveness, client needs and business opportunities. He also spearheaded Jump’s inaugural Financial Advisor Insights Report, a large-scale study examining how advisor communication and behavior influence client engagement and outcomes.

Prior to Jump, Hanlon spent seven years at EY advising leading wealth and asset management firms on strategy, transformation, behavioral science and emerging technology.

Today, his work focuses on helping financial institutions move beyond AI-driven efficiency and use conversational intelligence to improve advisor performance and drive measurable business outcomes.
