Lisa Roitman, Managing Partner: Lisa held multiple business, legal, and compliance positions throughout her career, including at Bloomberg LP (where, as business strategist, she focused on regulatory compliance technology) and at Lehman Brothers and HSBC, where she led the marketing and structuring efforts of the fund financing teams. She also previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for two additional SEC-registered investment advisers focused on event-driven strategies and managed futures strategies. Lisa earned her LLM in International Banking Law from Boston University, her JD from New England School of Law, and her BA from Mount Holyoke College.
