Steve leads compliance and investment capabilities at Indivisible Partners, overseeing the firm’s comprehensive compliance program and the investment solutions leveraged by advisor teams across the platform. He brings a client-first approach to both disciplines, with a focus on protecting advisor franchises and improving the quality of investment decision-making.

Prior to co-founding Indivisible Partners, Steve spent 24 years in the financial services industry, primarily at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. His experience spans investment banking, wealth management strategy, business development, operations, risk, and regulatory oversight. He held several senior leadership positions within Bank of America’s Global Wealth & Investment Management organization before transitioning to Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Risk Officer roles, where he led major enterprise-wide regulatory and strategic initiatives.
