James is a member of Dynasty’s Network Development team, focusing on existing RIAs and M&A/Capital. He consults with existing RIAs looking to leverage Dynasty’s scale to identify synergies and build comprehensive relationships that lead to more profitable businesses.

Prior to joining Dynasty, James was Co-Founder and COO of TPW Investment Management, where he was responsible for the management of all operations, business development, and partnerships. In addition, as a member of the portfolio team, he was responsible for ETF research and selection as well as portfolio construction across TPWIM’s product suite.

Former COO of JAForlines Global, James helped lead JFG from a startup to one of the industry’s leading ETF Strategists, which was acquired in late 2017. As COO, he successfully launched the Firm’s Global Macro Tactical Allocation Solutions across SMA, Mutual fund, CIT, and model delivery vehicles. He also oversaw aspects of the business including product development, sales, marketing, trading, and operations. While at JAForlines he spent 8 years on the portfolio management team.
