Kimberly Papedis has over 20 years of experience - all in the independent advisory space. She began as an independent financial advisor before going into corporate management with firms Raymond James and Wells Fargo FiNet.

She joined HighTower in 2014 to launch their independent platform quickly developing this into their fastest growing business channel. Kimberly was a Managing Director/Head of National Sales & Platform Strategy overseeing all of HighTower’s inorganic growth.

Kimberly left HighTower in 2018 and joined her partner at Fusion Financial Partners. Fusion was launched in 2017 to provide business consulting to individual financial advisors, family offices and Fortune 500 companies. Fusion builds RIAs.

Her expertise includes breakaway transitions, succession planning, institutional capital raise, business building from launch to growth and M&A transactions. Fusion has consulted with hundreds of advisors and provided consulting projects for national platforms resulting in the movement of over $40 billion to the independent space.
