Mike Wunderli is a Managing Director at ECHELON Partners, where he has successfully led some of the wealth-management industry’s top M&A transactions. Mike is integrally involved in ECHELON’s distinguished RIA investment banking practice and also heads the firm’s industry-leading TAMP/WealthTECH practice. He is regularly consulted as an M&A expert and thought leader by the media and prominent centers of influence across the industry. Throughout his 20+ years in the industry, Mike most enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs and helping them realize the full value of what they have worked so hard to create.

Prior to joining ECHELON, Mike spent 12 years at Lehman Brothers and UBS in their Private Wealth Management divisions, where he pioneered one of the industry’s most successful cross-divisional practices between Wealth Management and Investment Banking. During this time, he sourced over $2 billion in investment-banking and private-equity transactions for his firms and clients, and built a $400 million+ HNW/UHNW wealth-management practice from the ground up.

Mike earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds Series 7, 66, and 79 FINRA Licenses.
