May Hu is currently Head of Counterparty Credit Risk at Hilltop Securities. Before joining risk, May has held several positions in operations at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Macquarie, and Alliancebernstein, and prior to joining Hilltop, May was with Capital One for 8 years where she led the firm’s counterparty credit risk reporting and systems development, including the end to end design and implementation of a counterparty credit management system and workflow.

May earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and has a Master’s degree from New York University.
