Dr. Long-Cheng Li is the founder, President, and CEO of Ractigen Therapeutics. He is globally recognized for his pioneering work on RNA-mediated gene activation (RNAa), a technology he has advanced from a discovery into the clinical stage. Before founding Ractigen in 2017, he was an Associate Professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and a professor at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. He has authored or co-authored over 80 publications with more than 14,000 citations, and received multiple research grants, including the NIH Director’s Transformative R01 Award. He is a frequent invited speaker at conferences, universities, and companies worldwide.
