Sheng Zhong is a Professor at the University of California, San Diego, where he directs both the Center for AI in Biomedicine and the Center for Liquid Biopsy Research. He is a member of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (NAAI) and a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE). Dr. Zhong is also the founder of Genemo Inc., focused on blood-based diagnostics, and Neurospan LLC, dedicated to developing therapeutics for Alzheimer’s disease.
