Adam Soucie is a Manager of Leasing with SmartCentres REIT. Being a multi-faceted development company, SmartCentres is deeply committed to its values at all levels, which Adam shares and is proud to be a part of. Adam attended the University of British Columbia completing the Urban Land Economics program at night while working in sales, transferring those fundamental skills and experiences into Retail Leasing since 2018. Adam is responsible for leasing shopping centres in various markets across Western Canada including SmartCentres’ four shopping centres in the City of Regina. Adam never backs down from a challenge and enjoys working closely with all tenants and industry professionals forming solid relationships to drive results and create long-standing two-way relationships. Adam is excited to share his experiences and market knowledge as a panel speaker, and his perspective as a Landlord will make him a valuable contributor to any discussion.
