Blair has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry where he has specialized in land acquisition, development management, project management, financing, and leasing of residential and mixed-use commercial projects totalling almost 10 million square feet.

Forster Harvard Development Corp. currently has eight active projects under development in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba representing 3 million square feet of commercial mixed-use space and 1,000 acres of residential land
