Brad Merchant is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Western Canada. He has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, leading large asset and property management teams for institutional ownership groups, with a focus on retail, office, industrial and mixed-use assets across multiple domestic and international markets. Brad leads Triovest’s Asset Management team in Western Canada, where the focus is on enhancing and preserving value on a managed portfolio exceeding 10 million sq. ft. of industrial, office and retail space.
