Christina Stus brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management. As a Sales Associate at Colliers, she specializes in commercial sales and leasing, with a focus on retail and office properties. Before joining Colliers, Christina spent 14 years at Innovation Place Research Park, where she most recently led property management operations across Saskatoon and Regina. She managed a diverse 1.8 million square foot portfolio that included office, laboratory, greenhouse, growth chamber, data centre, warehouse, and land lease buildings. Her leadership emphasized tenant retention, budget oversight, and redevelopment planning, consistently driving operational efficiency and satisfaction.
