Dale Griesser has over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Regina and southern Saskatchewan. He is the president, broker and managing director of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate (Sask) Inc., the Saskatchewan office of Avison Young. Dale's personal expertise lies in the areas of government, institutional and private sector lease negotiations including tenders, request for proposal, tenant representation assignments and investment sales. He has been directly involved in the leasing of well over 2 million sq. ft. of office space in Regina. Sale transactions brokered under Dale’s direction have been in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He enjoys the reputation as one of the most respected and successful real estate professionals in Western Canada.
