Dan Woychuk joined the retail real estate industry in 1993, and since then Dan has become a specialist in shopping centre leasing, including evaluating tenant mix, developing leasing strategies, project marketing, and lease negotiations. As Vice President, Retail Leasing, Dan is responsible for implementing and overseeing the leasing of Forster Harvard Development Corp.’s retail portfolio. Dan’s experience has led him to participate in various successful large-scale retail projects throughout Western Canada; building key relationships with industry leading retailers, brokers, developers and consultants.
